The Inclusion Way was founded by Gaya Umapathy in 2018.
We provide consultancy services on inclusive practices in education for both schools and individuals in the Geelong region. We also work with NDIS participants and provide them with quality services to meet their needs at home and in the community.
We work primarily with participants from the age of 5 to 18 years of age and our services are designed to meet the specific needs in line with an individual’s NDIS goals. This is done by liaising with the participant's school, their families, team of therapists and medical professionals / psychologists. We develop a term by term plan and work towards the short term goals and over time, meet the targeted long term goals.
We understand that accessing services and the system can be overwhelming and we are here to support you through the process(es). Our priority first and foremost is to build a trustworthy relationship with our clients and their families, one where we can be relied on for support.
